Mary Beth May Fant

Mary Beth began her career as an independent consultant in 1994.  She develops and facilitates programs, consults and coaches in the areas of leadership, time, stress/change management, presentation skills, team building, and other people development programs.  When conducting training, Mary Beth creates an enjoyable, high-energy, results-driven atmosphere, which allows participants to receive the maximum benefit from the programs. 

Mary Beth has clients in the construction, healthcare, law enforcement, electronic component, computer, and financial industries.

Mary Beth started her career with the Dale Carnegie organization in 1979 and, for 15 years, worked as a consultant, instructor, and a master trainer.  This gave her the foundation for her present work.

In light of the current situation, Mary Beth’s class size is limited to accommodate social distancing.  Also, much of her coaching is done through video and on the phone.

Mary Beth has a BBA in Business Management and has been certified in a variety of training programs.  Her community involvement includes working with youth to help them build their leadership skills through her youth organization, membership in the North Texas Crime Commission, facilitating leadership classes for the Caruth Police Institute, and other miscellaneous opportunities.  She also spent several years serving on the board of the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of the Association for Psychological Type, and on the board of The Clariden School Board of Trustees where she was president for two of those years.
